Humongous 34 mm diameter tube for great light transmission. This scope was chosen by the USMC for a scout sniper day scope, so that should say the rigorous criteria the scope is made to. Beautifully clear glass. Reticle pattern is the Gen 11 XR, which can be illuminated by pulling out the side parallax knob. The scope has been mounted on a AR-15 .223, and shot very little. There are absolutely no scratches and looks brand new. I have to check but I do believe it comes with a lifetime transferable warranty. Anyway the scope is perfect, I just don't have enough gun for it, nor do I have anywhere to go shoot the kind of distances it was designed for.
