Vintage Firearms Inc is pleased to offer this Colt Officers Model 3rd Issue with heavy barrel and is chambered for the ever popular .38 Special. This Colt was built in 1937 and is serial numbered 603032. Of note is the 99% factory finishes on the barrel and receiver. The heavy weight target barrel has a mirror bore and features a front Patridge sight and an adjustable rear target sight. The trigger face and back strap are finely checkered and offer a sure hold. The gun has its factory checkered wood grips with Colt medallions. The Colt Officers Model has a tuned action which gives this revolver an exceptional double or single action trigger pull.
